Diary 23rd January 2016

One of many weird but sad dreams whereby my mate Brendan S' mom might be on deaths door. Then another one whereby my cousin Dara is after someone who  murders his mom.

Then eventually I woke up with a slight pain in my throat. So took ibuprofen. Then tirelessly brought the bike to the cycle shop to mend as a result of a puncture on Thurs night coming home from Cineworld. Then I headed on towards the folks, and reaslised that I left my glasses behind so I had to go back all the way to my place go get em. Then up to mom and dads. So when I arrived, I had a nice meal. Then I got down to business or as one would say got down and dirty hahaha. So my first job was back up his documents etc., and his emails. then the reinstallation. Then afterwards we had meals in between. Norton was giving me hassle in that I wasn't able to give him the newest version. So rendered him with an old version. Then the emails wudnt work, which this it kept asking me to enter his username and password, however that didn't wouldn't work. The updates took their time. So in the end I left it at that.

I was also due to pop into Ailish and Noel. While there I began to feel dizzy, very cold and my fingers were getting numb. I felt faint consistently, even my body getting very cold constantly. To the point my teeth were clattering. I put it down to the fact that they didn't have any heating on. But then I just  remembered that I shitted out every single shit previously. Could it be that I got rid of too much!!!!!  Who knows. So I went back into mom n dad's shivering. Twas quite harrowing. Twas a bit frightening. But thou getting back to the actual topics or chats thou. We chatted about various things such my new Nexus Tablet etc., Then Ailish went to ask about the Mulligans. I found out recently in the last few days, that JP had blocked me on my old account which of course I was distraught at the time. Then afterwards, Ailish then asks me "Do you think she don't like Gays". She's referring to Kathleen btw. I said there's no doubt. Like I explained to them that she never replies to any of my emails or even Facebook Messages. So then Noel asked me how do they deal with Christmas lights. heheeheh. Like everytime they take down or even put up the lights they end up tangled. So I explained that whatever way you put them up, then you go the opposite. Then I had told them that I really enjoyed doing up my Dad's lappy. hahhaah. Everyone knows a computer. BUt these days, jobs are in developers. 

Diary 13th January 2016

I got up pretty early for to get a few errands done. My first was a nice start to the day, by means of having a cuppa with my sis.

Then my next was to get to Social Welfare. Today was simply to collect my last payment via check. hahahaha. Then I told them that what was on my mind for several days to weeks, in that they were overpaying me. Now I was advised by my folks not to say a word. However, this would render me being broke in weeks to come when it comes the time to repay them. So I decided that I bring it up today so that they can start the repayments asap. So I'll get a letter n I'll pay them back over 400. It was on my mind for days to weeks

So then I went to Specsavers to fix glasses more so a replacement. However as it wasn't a manufacturing fault Il b charged €56 unless I get my lenses. However, that said, I did in the meantime find my older glasses. So I'll try my luck and see if anything can be salvaged.

I then went to An Post to get my rent allowance as per standard. You may recall guys, that the guy who served me a few months ago, and I had a huge smile on my face. Spitting image of Gerry's wife PAuline's Sister's son Aaron. But this guy is so cute. heehhe. He even dresses like as O' Farrell says: "He's one of us", ie I bet u a €1000 that he's gay. hehehehe.

So then I went onto AIB to lodge money from both the Cheque and the Rent Allowance. The AIB Lodge machine got my cheque stuck and got worried. I tried getting it out. heehehe. I got it out eventually.

So then I headed into Gerry to chat with Gerry. While chatting he had a TV with beautiful pictures on and the music. He told me its an app known as RTE Gold. hehehe.

I then headed onto Mom n dad's to return their lunch box and bag. I then wanted to check dads computer 💻 original installation dates being 2007. He wanted to check his UPC(now known as Virgin Media) however He or I didn't know the password.

So then afterwards, I headed on home for a sleepy bed, as I was to get up early for tomorrow's PHysciatric App.

Diary 11th January 2016

Well today was quite an emotional day. So I coped with it my self-harm which as I said to my sis, that I use my sleeve BEHIND the scenes and the skin ie biting the arm when I got a chance. It all started off when my Pops collected me to objectively to go and get my printer. I was using it to go and reconnect with my pops and obviously of course to print in my place instead of my folks.

So like I said my Dad collected me, we headed on up to Airside to go and get the printer. We headed to PC World. I saw the printer I was interested in. ehehhee. Then afterwards, I wanted to get a network cable aka RJ45 for my connection between the Sky Box and the Router so that I could get my Sky Box Sets and the HD channels whcih I will add onto my subscription very soon. heheeheh. I had hoped for tomorrow, however my Payment for the week that I missed my payment of the MEdical Cert aka the Injury Benefit. hehehehe. SO we'll see. But that said thou, that I do intend, on applying for that extra subscription, hehehe.

So conetinetueing on I saw a Hard Drive for 5TB for about €200. At first I didn't get it, I wanted to see price wise in Harvey Norman's. So my Dad and I headed there, and compared prices. hehehe I was most suprised thou with their prices. heheeheh. However thou it was 2TB of CLOUD storage, which I've no interest in at this moment in time. Then I headed back to PC World to get the HDD. In Harvey's thou, my Dad and I looked at washing machine. heeheh. I was amazed at Harvey Norman's staff responded when I told the staff member that the HDD was more expensive than PC WOrld's.

So then we got a bite to eat in TravelLodge what used to be the Little Chef. I had meself a Vegetarian LAsagnae. heheeh. However the fact that it was so creamy and not forgetting the cream or maynossaie on the salad. SO yeah I had the shits for the rest of the day.

So then I headed back home with Dad to his place. Put up my decorations in the attic for Christmas. hehehe. In his place of course. Then afterwards I was joined by my sis to head to my Aunt Colette. She is currently in an Orthopaedic Hospital. As I said previously she had suffered a mini-stroke back in November of 2015. So seeing her really through me off. HOWever thou' I greeted her by "Queen Brady", hahaahah. But seeing her so frail or with grey hair etc., etc., I just was not prepared. Like aging etc., then to hear of my Dad's friend with Aneurysm, so yeah as u can gather why it was an emotional day.

So I continued self-harming on my arm in Mom's car etc., etc., even when pissing etc., So then we went back to Mom's place to go and get a cuppa. hehehehehe. I then headed back to my place with my new printer, my new hDD etc., etc., heheheheheheh.

I also got a chance to question about my Driver's license. As Mom wants' me to drive again, I need my license. However I have lost it. So with that in mind, I was going to find out the procedure on Los/Stolen License. So what I've to do is Medical Report/Eye Sight Report and obviously firstly get my glasses fixed. hehehehe. So then I fill out an Application form with €35. hehehehe

Diary 21st November 2015

Today was a fairly quiet day. I was going to go to the cinema, however as they're ain't that much films out at the moment, I wasn't gonna go and bother. hahah. As I said to Ailish n Noel that Cineworld is gonna be packed to the gills with all the Geeks and Nerd etc., etc., for Star Wars film. hahaha. So that said, I decided to head instead to Ailish n Noel's instead. However that said thou. When the alarm went off at 8.15pm, I turned it off so that I could get up at 8.35pm, however for some strange reason, I couldn't find the phone, so I looked at my other phone the Lumy reported the time at 9.07pm, so what the hell happened, like wtf. hahaha. SO I got up at 9.15 instead and apologised to both of em, like I still fail to understand what exactly happened. haahha.

So with this in mind, I headed on off to Ailish n Noel's as part of my monthly schedule. We chatted had a lovely Lemon sponge Cake. ohhh it was heaven. mmmm. Then part of the chatting we were yaking about Dad's brother and my sexuality. I had said that they literally are Anti-Gay and possibly would never change. Although as Alish puts it, if I were to be around them like I was with Mom's side of the family, then perhaps, but no I've no plans on coming out to them. Although only a handful knows like Maura(Dad's sister in law) and Criona(Dad's Sister's daughter aka Niece). I was trying to recall what his relatives were saying about Gay people, of which I couldn't remember. I then got talking about Christmas and she brought a wonderful memory of whereby on the 8th Dec every year, Dad and I would do the Trimming of the tree and Mom n my Sis would go to into town for pressie shopping. Everytime Dad would be righting cards, I would be very board. There was no such thing as Facebook let alone Internet. So when Dad would be doing the cards, I would be thinking to meself, awww wanna do more decorations etc.., etc., I told them of my "two new jobs", they understood like Mom n Dad yesterday that if there's NO basic wage, then it ain't secure. She even thought if it were legit. hahaah. Ailish told me that Michael Gill called up to her father Brendan. And what a reaction I got. I hadn't heard his name in years. hahaahah. He had called up to Brendan on his way to the airpor. I asked how is he related to Brendan. He his Brendan's First Cousin aka Michael's Mother and Brendan's Father are brother n sister.

Well today was quite an interesting day. hahahah.

I first while in bed was wondering, how to figure out the video on Budget 2016. Like I recorded it on TV and deleted it on the TV. So now I would be left with Trying to run the Recording i I have on the Drive ie on the Lappy, while at the SAME TIME trying to record. So I said something has to be done. hahaha. So while sleeping and thinking, I decided to look up or Google The Budget 2016 Speech. And read bits of it WHILE recording my video. Oh BOI. This is the cause of the delay in terms of publishing my diary entries.

Another item, I was thinking of was Appearing on eh Late Late show - The World's Longest running chat show discussing my Coming out but more importantly my BOOK. Yeah you's heard me. hahaah.

So afterall the thinking and doing yadedadadad I got up. Following was my plan for the day

However as you'll soon gather. It wasn't too be, well at least the last bit. hahaah. So I set about getting rid of my mop of hair. Awwwwww :(. hahaha. Well the welcome I got. IT was unreal. hahah. I told him of my whereabouts. He was most not impressed. Which I was a bit frightened, but anyways, we left on a very good note. He greeted me "and the prodigal son returns". He even went as far as saying "when you go to your folks, tell them this your Darling son". hahaha. What a laugh. WHen I checked in via Swarm(formerly Foursquare), I was last there December '14. I since got my haircut back in February of this year, with Grafton Barber when I was charged €18.

So then quickly onto Cineworld, to see Hotel Transylvania 2(Review here). Then shortly afterwards, I was wanting to get my Pumpkin +Inflatables Stanescu however it wasn't to be. hheheeh.

Then onto Lidl to get my groceries, and Tescos for the butter. Again asking both of em if they sold Swiss Army Knife. I was looking everywhere for em. As I had lost mine. hehehe. While looking for it, I was wondering why the weird faces I was getting. It must be illegal or something. So onwards to my folks. I had hoped to visiting em on Saturday ie Halloween Night. But that said, I was wanting the knife badly as I had planned for a shower, shaving etc.,etc., Dad had told me that Mary, Laura O' Shea and Mary's mother Eileen were up visiting them. So I arrived when they left. Had a nice cuppa tea. Dad was cutting my nails, however extremely soar, so I decided against him cutting my toenails. heheeh.

Diary 14th September 2015

While I never go to sleep on a Monday, hahaahah etc., I was to go to my cuz Dara for to do his last bit of tidy up in the house. So I then headed up to Dara's. As it was raining, we didn't do much if anything. But more so the fact that the skip wasn't there and wouldn't be there til later. So he told me to head on home. Mom had rang me in the meantime, that she wanted to call down to me, however as I wasn't there, Mom suggested that I head to their place. So Dad dropped the grocerys back to me via his car and I cycled down. hahaahah. So for the rest of the evening, I watched Fraiser. I headed to bed early as I was to get up early for Darragh. He asked that I come back tomorrow morning.

Diary 7th August 2015

Well today was my first day without the Citizenship application etc., So I was to head to Ailish and Noel's as they are busy tomorrow. So I said I'd go and see Ant-Man(Review here) and then onto Ailish and Noel's. However it wasn't to be, as I was exhausted mentally and physically especially physically from all the getting up early bit etc., etc., So I eventually got up and then headed up. I chatted about the Bray, Powerscourts, Veggie Meetup in Milanos(Review here) and in Sova Butcher(Review here) yesterday.

Diary 12th July 2015

I got up slightly later than scheduled for my sis as my constipation was really bad today. Never have I seen the likes. It took 20 mins BEFORE going to bed which was half 11 this morning and 20 mins when I got up for my sis, hence why I was delayed. The constipation was caused by my Vegan Muesli.

So then I got ready and headed off to my sis. heehehe. My folks had come home from the wedding of my mom's friend's daughter to drop off a chinese. We had met the daughter a few times if even that. To the point as I said to my self and my sis, that she could be considered a "stranger", as we haven't even seen her, everytime her mother being my mom's friend, came to visit us at Christmas or whatever. Even living at home, we hardly saw the daughter. When we all went down to the mother's place in Ashborne, we'd hardly see her. We only saw her once or twice if even that. heheheh.

So then my sis and I, were looking at Pinnochio(Review here) and I noted and asked her a "stupid" question of which I was asssured welcomly ie it ain't a stupid question. I asked why do animals have tails. Not only does it keep their asses clean ie from infections etc., but it tells of the physiciatry or the mental state. I was quite amazed. And reminded her that New Zealand passed a law or a Bill, whereby Animals have "Feelings" otherwise known as Sentient. She went on to explain if the dogs have their tails up there happy otherwise if its down there not well mentally etc.,etc.,

Diary 16th June - Bloomsday

Well after a horrible night with my legs, I got up struggling. for 12.15, which I was suppose to get up for, so I got up forcingly for 3.15. My plan was to go to NCI, then the Dole then the folks. After a big tidy up yesterday, and my NSFW photo shoot, I headed to bed around 1pm. Which I went out like a light. However i woke up around 2ish in the morning. I spent around 5hrs, trying to sleep however my legs were aching me.

So eventually, I got up. I had gotten my brekkie ready for eating, however Mom after several missed calls, called down to me. Her plan was to get my dole, NCI then a brekkie out with her. However time was not on our side, more so traffic. So we just left it at the dole. I told her it was my plan to go and visit them. Mom told me they had planned to go up to Kathleen Mulligan as her father Brendan is coming out of hospital(from a mini stroke in November '14) on Thursday.

I then headed onto NCI on my bike. Obviously I was too late. So I left my details with the receptionist. This was the form I got the other day, for to get my Transcript as required for the Springboard Postgraduate course I hope to do in September.

So onto my next was Lidls to get a pressie for Dad, for Father's Day. Technically I was gonna go to EuroGiant, as I had seen something for him. But I thought of the slippers that he might like. However I mixed it up with Aldi. So I got my Vegan OJ and Vegan Bread.

So I was about to get a pressie in Aldis for the slippers, however knowingly they'd be gone, I said I'd pop into Centra beside Lidl which was great, as I got scratch cards and a card. I asked if they sell brandy and the guy said Hennessy. I asked how much is it. He said €13. I said that's good value til he told me its for a nagan. So I said I'd leave it. ahhah.

So then Mom rang me to invite me up to their place. I asked what about Kathleen. She said that Dad and herself are too tired. So I then rang my sis jstu to let her know of my plans. One thing I found infuriating that Maureen whom my sis was with kept asking my sis questions. So I said to my sis to go and pass on my MANNERS onto my Aunt.

I then headed onto my folks. For a dinner. Then helping Dad with Photos ie printing em off then he was curious about his UPC household bill. For a 3mins talk on 11811 it cost him €9 which is abominal.

I then headed onto my sis. We chatted had a great laugh. We watched two movies. 22 Jump Street(Review here) and White Chicks. I expressed my nightmare of the sleep I had last night. Of Todd repeating my ex's actions of NOT being able to go to the Mamma Mia concert being held in July. Also my desire of self harm via boiling water on me via the clothing. but most upsetting was my deflating of my inflatables I did yesterday, as there was no point in keeping em up if they keep going down ie deflating.

TECH

Google has launched Google Web Light. What this means is that if you're on a slow connection or wherever, you will be shown web pages with very little to minimal content such as just text and very LOW qualities images

Facebook have released an app called Moments for Android. I ain't sure if its available for the iOS platform. It allows you share your photos to your friends on FB, Messenger etc. Apparently it ain't available in the Republic of Ireland. Hopefully soon.

Diary 14th June 2015

Well today wasn't as busy as yesterday, as you will gather from the length of the blog entry. My Dad's relatives Anna Mary, her hubbie Fergus, Ruth(Anna's Sister) and her hubbie and Anna's foster child were visiting my folks today, for to thank em for a present or something. As I wasn't in the mood to see them, I stayed on in bed. I find that Anna connects me to Romania, which is still a bit raw. She used to adopt or work with the orphans in Romania, not sure which one thou. So for that I can't see her. Besides I saw a woman on the RTE News relating to the possible BSE scare that's going on at the moment in Ireland. I ain't gonna get into details due to the nature of things and of course my vegetarianism and possibly veganism. The reason I mention this woman is she is the splittling image voice wise as Anna. All I could here is the voice hahaah.

So with the above visit, I jsut slept on hahaha. Then headed onto my sis for a grand old time. hahaah. We then headed back to my place. Where she fell asleep for the night.

MEMORY

Reading an IRA Book by a Brian. The family would sit down every week in the sun lounge. I actually felt I was in the book. hahaah.

Then the day came that I was to meet Liz and Liz(two lesbians who married and fell in love). I hadn't seen em since October 2004.

Dad got really ticked off when I was late. I felt like telling why my sis wasn't chatting to you. So I instead said don't get your knickers twisted. He corrected me in a knot. We got a taxi in and out. We met up with the two Lizs. Chatted for about an hour. We had a meal. All the time, I understood that Liz Maher was the skinny or as dad would say the "Red" as in the top she was wearing. It was the other Liz that is my Dad's cousin.

Mom and I popped down to my sis. Then afterwards I popped first to Aldi to get briefs and PJs. Looking for PJs. So headed onwards.

Stayed with my sis for a few hours. Very proud that I was able to help  my sis. While waiting my above memory came about when I was looking at all the amount people that have stayed at the Gresham. One was the above author.

MEMORY

As I was passing Barneys pub, on the way to meet O' Farrell in Ballsbridge Hotel, I remember I met Séamus in there with the group 20Somethings meeting a religious pilgrimage, whereby we met there to discuss a pilgrimage to Jerusalem. Mom understandably forbade me to go there with the conflict that was ongoing at the time.

Well what a day it turned out to be. After a historic vote, Ireland voted in favor of Marriage Equality. Citizens came home in their droves from all over the world to cast their vote that they are elegible. It was history in the making. I mean like IReland is the only country who voted by Popular Vote whcih means that Citizens of the country vote for a change to the Constitution ie Bunreacht na hÉireann. Over 1m citizens voted in favor of Marriage Equality. It was passed by a landslide. Vincent Brown himself had a special results show Live in the George. Or as he puts "iconic" gay bar. As such it was my intention to go their. Then onto Dublin Castle. However I had gone to bed too late, So I wasn't able to get out. So I instead planned on going to Mom and Dad's to celebrate with the Eurovision. However they themselves were in from Calum's First Holy Communion in Wexford. I headed on afterwards to the George for the Eurovision. Never expected such crowds. Like it was described as "Four Paddy's Day". So I then headed to O' Farrell where I was to meet Daniel whom I hadn't seen since the Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat(Review here). So all in all, we couldn't do anything. We were basically me anyways walking around for 3hrs. I was paying for it with my feet, and still am. I had thought about the Boilerhouse, but I'd need the cash for Dad's Father's Day gift or clothes in Penny's. I then headed home and did the Eurovision Night on my TV. hahaah

Diary 21st May 2015

Spoz to have gone to the equality campaign leaflet at the Dart Station and then to Fairview bridge in the evening. However I went bed too late. Met Maureen. She found me very mature. I was very chuffed. ahhah. I introduced her to Veganism. However before I went to Maureen's, my sis called down. She wasn't herself. Mom and Dad called down to me. I wasn't even in the door. They wanted me to bring my sis home with them. Mom insisted I look after my sis. My cousin Siobhan was there. So Mom couldn't come down to take over. So I decided to chat to Siobhan. However with Facebook Messenger's new symbols, I misinterpreted that she didn't want to talk to me when the symbol as actually meant sent. Then afterwards, Siobhan and I got talking again, like old times. So while my sis was sleeping, I was actually TRYING to get my internet working. It wasn't working because of the steel in my sis' building. So I just moved the phone around. IT came and went, the internet I mean. hahah

Diary 9th May 2015

I was planning on visiting Ailish and Noel to welcome em back and to give Ailish' pressie, however it wasn't to be. SO I headed to Mom and Dad's instead. I email Liz Plasier(Liz's wife) via MY Facebook for Dad. I was afraid he'd see a hot guy or whatever on my FB. hahaha. Me nervessss.

I then afterwards watched TV. My sis needed support. So she popped down to me.

While I was with my folks, I saw a piece on Aodhán Ó Riordáin(Ireland's Equality Minister) on the Saturday Night Show. I didn't know what was going on. So I took it with a grain of salt. I then watched it for myself, and saw that the host had asked Aodhán to take off the badge. I understood it had something that was bothering the host in terms of light or whatever. But as it happens, Aodhán had been adverting a Yes vote. He was asked to take off a flag that was bearing a Rainbow. Aodhán was talking about Drugs, a portfolio he was responsible as well.

Diary 6th May 2015

As I coudln't find my bike keys, I had to walk to collect my dole. I paid TV Licence. Went to Kennedy's to change cash. I was surprised to see Gerry then again I got my days mixed up. Says I, what you doing in "this neck of the woods". Then AIB. I collect my laundry. He let me off with €2. Its something. As Tesco slogan is "Every little helps". hahaha. It would have come in handy thou if I could find my bike keys, so that the basket is on the saddle. It's in bits. As I needed my keys badly for cinema and O' Farrell, I headed to folks to get spare key. As it happens they were on their way out to see Eileen's extension for Brendan.

I went to see Woman in Gold. Then onto O' Farrel. Spoz to have met him at the Grafton Lounge, however they were closing up. So went to O' Farrell in McDonald's.  I was surprised to hear that John a former PD's member is gay. The last time I reported that he was in foul form. ie in that he was being dismissive etc., I was explained however that it's actually as he was coming out. I was in the bathroom, and after I had done my business, I was washing my hands, then onto the dryer which is one of these that's very fast. I was belching while the fan was on. I got a fit of laughing. hahaha.

Memory

Everytime, I would forget Noeleen's surname, Dad would say to me "Marian....".  which Marian is a radio host. Marian Finucane. How this memory came about was that Noeleen's hubby Father died.

Dreams

Dream of whereby in a dorm with O' Farrell.

I encounter Noel Kenny, I begin to cry as I'm pining for him.
I see Síobhán. Her friend begins to pass me off by holding an object.

Then when I got up from the weird dreams, haahah, I got up and ready to make my long 2hr walk to Dundrum. I enjoyed the immense preassure on my foot. hehehe. I met O' Farrell at the Movies@ Dundrum. I was so impressed as to how "American" it looked like. hahaha. We first headed to get a cuppa. O' Farrell was served by a very nice woman. Yet I got the badasss one. He looked as thou he were Manager material. He literally told her to go. So I got him, instead. I asked if there were any vegan options. Or even Soya milk. Which I got in the end.

So with the manners of a pig left behind, we both headed to Movies@Dundrum cinema to get our tickets for to see Cinderella(Review here). I decided to sign up for the Loyalty Scheme, as we would save eventually. hahah. I asked the guy while getting food, if they sold veggie Hot Dogs, as in tofu, or whatever, his reply was laughing, heeheh. He said there is only Meat in the hot dogs. "What else would there be" his reply. So then a few days after, I began to look into the "way" he said it. By that I mean, he sees two guys, the guy himself, looked as O' Farrell says is "with us", ie Gay. eheheh.

So we dispersed. I headed my way, he headed his way. So I ended up on South Circular Rd., On the way there thou, I encountered a Vending Machine. I wanted a Coke Zero and a Fanta. But it gave me Coke Zero. Even thou I pressed on Coke Zero. hahahah. I tried a few times. It was raining heavily, I also encountered an accident on Clanbrassil St. Great activity arlite at night time. haahah. I was struggling on the way home especially from South Circular Rd., with my feet.

Met up with Maureen. Had a grand auld time. Then I wanted to get notes of jobcare. However they had just finished. And as I had yet to get my dole I didn't have time. So I headed their to get dole. Likewise bank. I cudnt stop smiling at the post office clerk. He's a new fella working for em. At one stage I actually thought he was Aaron Gerrys relation.
